In 2012, after winning medals for Canada at the Olympic Test Event and at the World Track Cycling Championships, I made the Olympic Team as part of the Women's Team Pursuit squad, and we brought home the bronze medal in London.
This year, I will be splitting my time between the track, and the road, racing for the Specialized-lululemon women's team in Europe. After such an amazingly successful 2012, I'm so excited to see how much further my cycling career can go with some more training and race experience.
In between training, and racing, I also co-edit Victoria cycling blog stuckylife.com, and run various alleycats and fixed-gear sprint events during the summer. My long-term goals are to balance international-level racing with a commitment to support my local cycling community, and to continue promoting all aspects of women's cycling.
